FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Things that no one tells you
Do you work only with people in the UK?
No. We can work with you regardless of where you are.
Are my projects safe?
Yes. All files are stored securely and backed up in secure cloud storage servers.
Do you have packages?
It depends on what you’re after. All charges are indicated with each service. Because other projects may vary in scope, there are no charges displayed. We’re happy to answer any questions you may have.
What'sApp nowWhat kind of content do you make?
We produce a variety of digital content. If what you are after isn’t mentioned on this website, it’s most likely we are still able to help.
What'sApp nowHow much does it cost?
Prices are found on the specific page for each service. Some are specific but some are not. Yes, some prices are a ballpark figure. But it’s better than spending time researching where there’s no prices and find out it’s not the right fit for you.
To be honest, it does actually depend on what you need. It’s kind of like asking, “how much does a car cost?”. Well, what do you want it to do? Go fast? Or maybe transport cargo? Is it a car for the city, or do you want to take it off-road?
See? It depends 😎
What if I don't like what you create for me?
This is a question we get asked a lot, but thankfully a situation we pretty much never face. Why? Because we only start working once you have approved our ideas and our pre-sketches. Working this way means that we both have a clear understanding of what’s being proposed and whether you like the direction we’re taking or not.
Are we going to be a good fit?
We love working with clients with a clear and bold vision of what they want, but we also enjoy guiding and helping clients on their first projects.
How does payment work?
When you decide to work with us, we ask you to pay a non-refundable 50% deposit, the balance of which is payable on delivery.
Are refunds available on your services?
Because this is a time-for-money type of business, refunds are sadly not possible.
Why do I need to sign a contract?
For some services, we’ll ask that you sign a contract of our agreement. We’ll always do our best to fulfil your needs and meet your expectations, but it’s important to have things written down so that we both know what’s what, who should do what and when, and what will happen if something goes wrong.
In short, a contract protects both of us and confirms our agreement.
OK, So How Does This Work
If the work takes less than a day to complete, it’s likely it’s a small job and we can discuss your requirements and finalize costs and time frames during that discussion.
If the scope of the work is bigger, we’ll discuss the project after which we’ll write a proposal on the various ways we could complete the project including how much each of those options cost. There’s always something for everyone.
You’ll then decide which one of those proposals works and we start working. Sometimes what we offer may not be what you’re looking for. Maybe what we offer might not suit your taste. In that case, it’ll be best to find someone who produces content that fits your goals.
